Move-in Fee
A one-time move-in fee of $300 is required prior to clients moving into the property.
This fee helps cover the cost of essential items, including new bedding, cleaning and sanitization of the space, welcome supplies, basic household items, and initial administrative processing. It ensures the home is clean, comfortable, move-in ready for each resident.
Affordable Prices
Sister Forge Shared Housing (SFSH) provides affordable and stable housing solutions.
Private rooms start at $850/month, and shared rooms start at 750/month. Pricing may vary slighty depending on individual circumstances, as we handle placement on a case-by-case basis.
We offer month-to-month leasing, providing flexibility for our residents, If you plan to move out, we kindly ask for a 30-day advance notice to help us transition the space for the next resident.
All clients are expected to follow community guidelines and respect shares space to maintain a safe, peaceful environment.
